He's a qualified light-vehicle mechanic with about eight years in dealership workshops, so car lockouts, lost keys and spare keys are handled with someone who actually knows the vehicle. If a job turns out to need dealer-only equipment, he'll tell you straight before you spend a cent.

The standard callout is $60–80 on weekdays during business hours, priced by distance from Cedar Creek. After hours, weekends and public holidays it's a flat $120. That covers Gordon getting to you — the fix itself is quoted on arrival, and a typical completed job (callout, labour and parts) lands around $350 all-in.
